Bengt Schultz assumed office as Chief Operating Officer of AlSayer Group Holding in June 2016.

Prior to joining AlSayer Group Holding as COO, Bengt held several positions as the head of large family conglomerates in the GCC. He has vast experience in developing businesses and its organizations, including setting up and managing joint ventures plus executing and managing mergers and acquisitions. Bengt has a strong focus on building and maintaining long term growth - including the development of management talent. Prior to managing GCC family conglomerates, Bengt held various senior management positions with blue chip multinational groups such as Volvo, Atlas-Copco, Scania and Vishay.

Bengt is a Swedish citizen and holds an engineering degree from the Swedish Army and business degree from the University of Stockholm.

Bader is responsible for driving the investment strategy of Al Dhow and has oversight of the company’s business and investment portfolio.

Bader began his career in the automotive sector with AlSayer, graduating to Deputy Business Director of the Lexus division. He then moved on to head up the non-automotive business segments within the Group.

He is the Board Secretary for the AlSayer Group and represents the Group in the Union of Automobile Agents. He is also the Chairman of Al Razzi Holding Company, Chairman of SAMA Educational Company and Board Member of Toyota Egypt.

Bader completed his undergraduate degree from Kuwait University and his MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is extremely passionate about football and cars.

Manoj is responsible for originating, executing strategic acquisitions and managing Al Dhow’s investment portfolio. He also supports the portfolio companies in key strategic matters throughout the investment cycle. Manoj is a board member with Aldenham Education Arabia Educational Company, Saudi Arabia and Bayan Medical Company, Kuwait. He is also a member of the Investment Committee at Al Razzi Holding Company, Kuwait.

Prior to joining Al Dhow, he was the head of M&A and Equity Capital Markets at NBK Capital in Kuwait. Manoj’s more than 20 years of Investment Banking, Research and Advisory experience include stints with KPMG, Arab Banking Corporation and Boston Consulting Group.

Manoj has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Calicut University, India, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from ICFAI Business School, India and has been awarded the CFA (ICFAI) charter from Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India.

Munaf is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including screening and assessment of investment opportunities, presenting to the investment committee, deal execution, compiling board presentations and assisting management with a range of portfolio management duties.

He has experience in various profiles spanning across design engineering, project management, consulting and investments. Prior to joining Al Dhow, he was part of the Transactions Advisory team at EY and Deals Advisory at KPMG primarily working on business valuations and deals across various sectors.

Munaf is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and has an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from York University’s Schulich School of Business in Canada.

Naser is involved across all aspects of the investment process, in particular the assessment of new opportunities and supporting deal execution. He also focusses on screening technology and fund investments.

Naser has over 5 years of work experience in Finance and Strategy. Prior to joining Al Dhow Holding Company, Naser was part of National Bank of Kuwait’s Domestic Corporate Banking Group.

Naser is a graduate in Finance from the Gulf University for Science and Technology and has an MBA in Finance from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain and a Master’s in Management from Yale School of Management in Connecticut, USA.

Mohammed is responsible for analyzing and evaluating new investment opportunities. As part of the investment management team, he is actively involved in assessing investment opportunities, building financial models and preparing investment presentations. He also assists in the review and periodic assessment of the investment portfolio.

In his earlier role, he was an investment analyst at a reputed family investment office in India managing proprietary capital in the Indian Capital Markets. He has experience in statutory and internal audit of public as well as privately held companies.

Mohammed earned his bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Mumbai. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from India and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance) from FLAME School of Business, Pune, India.

Fahad manages all the financial activities of the company. He has M&A experience having successfully managed the integration of new acquisitions within AlSayer Group.

Prior to assuming role of Financial Manager at Al Dhow, he was Audit Supervisor at KPMG Kuwait, handling the audits of clients in oil and gas, automotive, education and investment sectors.

Fahad holds a BSC Hons. Degree from Oxford Brookes University, UK and membership of ACCA and CPA.

Shabbar Hussain is an Accountant at Al Dhow Holding and has extensive experience in accounting in the industrial and investment sectors.

Shabbar is a graduate from the University of Pune, India.

Taghreed Al Ahmad is the Operations Specialist at Al Dhow and manages all the investment operations for the company.

Taghreed has over 20 years of experience in the fields of Investment and finance operations with leading institutions in Kuwait.

Taghreed holds an Accounting Diploma from Queen Alya’a College, Amman, Jordan.

Sharanya provides administrative support to the team.

Sharanya is an MBA from Bharatiyar University, India. She is very passionate about creative arts.
